Optus chairman calls for Telstra break-up amid NBN rollout

SingTel-Optus chairman Paul O'Sullivan has called for the break-up of Telstra, warning that the telco's incumbent market position and ownership of the copper network is so vital to the government's mixed-technology NBN rollout that it will trample competition in the Australian market.
