Although there's no shortage of Pokémon content available for iOS such as third-party apps, music, video, one of the key things missing has been any sort of official games.
That has now changed though as it appears The Pokémon Trading Card Game will be making its way to the iPad. As noticed by Josh Wittenkeller on Twitter at the Pokémon World Championship being held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C the game was loaded up and looking great.
According to Polygon, a representative from The Pokémon Company confirmed the game is real, but could not provide a timeline for its release. I'm not really a fan of trading card games myself but what about you? Excited to see this is on its way or will you be passing on it?
